高职学生对职业教育的认知及态度研究 被引量:3

摘要 对山西省某高职院校的研究表明:高职学生对职业教育的认同度不高,这与社会认同理论并不相符;受就业形势、家长观念以及个人学习基础等因素的影响,高职学生的职业教育决策行为或多或少带有无奈的成分;高职学生普遍认为职业教育的吸引力不足,就业前景不容乐观;尽管高职学生对职业教育的未来充满信心,但是其对职业教育表现出了外显的积极态度和内隐的消极态度并存的复杂心态。通过参照群体理论,以及文化资本、人力资本等视角做了解释,并提出了对策建议。 Studies on vocational colleges in Shanxi Province has found that vocational college students'identity of vocational education is low,which is not consistent with social identity theory.Affected by factors such as employment situation,parents'perceptions,and personal learning performance,decision-making behaviors of vocational college students are more or less helpless.Vocational college students generally believe that vocational education is not attractive enough,and the employment prospect is not optimistic.Although vocational college students are full of confidence in the future development of vocational education,they show a mixed attitude of external positive attitude while internal negative attitude toward vocational education.Starting from the perspectives of group theory,cultural background and human capital,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions.
