摘要
通过对35t驱动桥桥壳与主减速器结合面漏油因素的逐一排查,发现随着载荷的增大,结合面自身变形量差值与结合面材料不同造成的变形量差值将成为结合面漏油的主要因素.由此提出采用一种复合密封垫圈,能够抵消因载荷增大造成结合面变形量差值增大的影响,可以从根本上解决结合面漏油问题.
In order to solve the problem of oil leakage between the axle housing and the main reducer in the 35t driving axle,the factors of oil leakage were checked and confirmed one by one.However,with the increase of the load,the difference of the deformation value in the combined surface itself and the difference of the deformation value caused by the materials of the combined surfaces will be the main factors of the oil leakage in the combined surfaces.In this paper,a compound seal gasket was proposed to offset the influence of the difference in the deformation amount of the joint surface caused by the increase of the load so as to fundamentally solve the oil leakage problem of the joint surface.
