不同温度和食用菌寄主对罗宾根螨生长发育的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Temperature and Host Edible Fungi on Growth and Development of Rhizoglyphus robini

摘要 观测罗宾根螨(Rhizoglyphus robini)在不同温度(12、15、18、22、25、28、31、34、37、40、43℃)下在不同食药用菌寄主[秀珍菇(Pleurotus pulmonarius)、糙皮侧耳(P.ostreatus)、鲍鱼菇(P.abalonus)、金针菇(Flammulina velutipes)、灵芝(Ganoderma lucidum)、双孢蘑菇(Agaricus bisporus)、茶树菇(Agrocybe cylindracea)、毛木耳(Auricularia polytricha)、香菇(Lentinula edodes)]上的发育历期、发育起点温度及有效积温。结果表明,在实验温度范围内,罗宾根螨的发育历期随着温度的升高而先缩短后延长,在25~31℃时发育历期较短,而在12、43℃时,卵无法正常孵化均不能完成生活史;在最适温度下,罗宾根螨在香菇(申香215)上的发育总历期最短,为(9.45±1.83)d,在秀珍菇(台秀)上最长,为(13.37±1.83)d。寄主与温度双因素方差分析显示,温度是罗宾根螨生长过程中的重要影响因素。罗宾根螨在供试食用菌寄主上的发育起点温度为16.89~20.89℃,有效积温为99.68~153.91日度。 Growth and development of Rhizoglyphus robini on 9 species of edible fungi,Pleurotus pulmonarius,P.ostreatus,P.abalonus,Flammulina velutipes,Ganoderma lucidum,Agaricus bisporus,Agrocybe cylindracea,Auricularia polytricha,and Lentinula edodes,were investigated under 6 constant temperatures(12,15,18,22,25,28,31,34,37,40,and 43℃)for each species.The results showed that the developmental duration of R.robini first decreased as the incubation temperature increased up to about 31℃,and then increased with further increase of temperature.Under 12 and 43℃,R.robini eggs were not able to be hatched to complete a life cycle.Two-factor analysis of variance among host and temperature showed that temperature was the most important factor affecting the growth of R.robini,and host was also a significant factor.Under 31-34℃,development of R.robini was shortest on Shenxiang 215 stain of L.edodes[(99.45±1.83)d],while on the other hand longest on Taixiu of P.pulmonarius[(13.37±1.83)d].Developmental zero temperatures of R.robini on different host edible fungi ranged between 17-20℃and effective accumulated temperatures ranged between 115-150℃.
