摘要
软磁复合材料是由表面带有绝缘的金属粉末颗粒压制而成,具有涡流损耗小、各向同性的特点,近年来得到了一定的应用,但其磁滞损耗大,磁导率低,所以其适用场合及与硅钢片性能的具体差异还需要进一步的深入研究。该文首先利用环形试样法测试软磁复合材料的磁特性,得到其空载磁化曲线和不同频率下的损耗数据。然后,为对比分析软磁复合材料和硅钢片材料在电机应用中的差异,分别使用软磁复合材料和硅钢片设计两台永磁同步电机,分析计算两种材料电机的磁场、铁耗以及铁耗在不同频率下的变化规律。最终通过样机测试掌握了两种材料在永磁电机中应用的差异,验证了计算的准确性,总结了软磁复合材料的应用范围。
The soft magnetic composite(SMC)material is made from metal particles insulated each other through mold pressing.The SMC material has unique properties such as isotropic magnetic properties and very low eddy current losses,however the hysteresis loss is greater and the magnetic permeability is lower than silicon steel sheet.So the difference with silicon steel sheet need to be researched deeply in regard to the application and magnetic performance.In this paper the magnetic characteristic of the SMC material is tested based on annular specimen method firstly,the demagnetization curve and the iron loss curve in different frequency are received.To compare and analyze the performance difference between silicon steel sheet and the SMC material in electric machines,two permanent magnet synchronous motors in which one is made of silicon steel sheet and the other is made of SMC material are designed.The magnetic field and the iron loss are computed and analyzed,especially the iron loss variation law in different frequency is derived through the simulation.The two prototypes are manufactured at last,the calculation validity is verified and the application range for the SMC material can be summarized through comparing the performance difference in the two prototypes according to the tested data.
