致病性尖孢镰刀拮抗菌的筛选与鉴定 被引量:13

摘要 该研究从清香型白酒大曲中筛选出一株对致病性尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum)拮抗效果最好的拮抗菌株,采用形态观察、生理生化试验和16S rRNA序列分析对其进行鉴定,并绘制该菌株生长曲线、考察其培养液中的蛋白类及脂肽类物质的抑菌效果。结果表明,从清香型白酒大曲中筛选出一株对致病性尖孢镰刀菌拮抗效果最好的拮抗菌株,编号为P9,其抑菌圈直径达到20 mm左右。经鉴定,拮抗菌P9为贝莱斯芽孢杆菌(Bacillus velezensis);生长曲线结果表明,拮抗菌P9在第9小时生长速率达到最大;抑菌物质提取实验表明,拮抗菌P9能分泌具有抑菌作用的蛋白类物质及脂肽类物质。 One antagonistic bacterium with the optimal antagonistic activity to pathogenic Fusarium oxysporum was screened from Daqu of Fen-flavor Baijiu(Chinese liquor)and identified by morphological observation,physiological and biochemical tests and 16S rRNA sequence analysis.Growth curve of the strain was plotted and inhibitory effects of proteins and the lipid peptides in the culture solution of antagonistic bacterium were observed.The results showed that the antagonistic bacterium with the optimal antagonistic activity to pathogenic F.oxysporum was screened and numbered as P9 and the diameter of the inhibitory circle reached about 20 mm.Antagonistic bacterium P9 was identified as Bacillus velezensis.Results of the growth curve showed that the growth rate of antagonistic bacterium P9 reached the maximum at 9 h.Extraction experiments of antibacterial substance showed that the antagonistic bacterium P9 could secrete the proteins and lipid peptides with antibacterial effect.
