摘要 为探索Z-27菌剂的饲喂效果,研究了其对猪舍空气中NH_3、H_2S减排及对育肥猪生长性能的影响。选取400头50 kg左右健康杜×长×白三元杂交育肥猪,随机平均分为对照组和试验组,每组1栋猪舍,每栋20栏,每栏10头猪。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加0. 1%的Z-27菌剂。试验共15 d,期间检测猪舍空气中NH_3、H_2S的含量及细菌总数、大肠杆菌数量,测定猪粪、尿的pH值,检测猪粪尿混合物中NH_3、H_2S的48 h排放量;观察每组腹泻情况,计算腹泻率;每组分出3栏(30头)分别于试验开始和结束时空腹12 h称体质量,并结算剩余料,计算均增质量和料重比。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验组猪舍空气中NH_3、H_2S含量分别下降了63. 27%(P <0. 01)、54. 61%(P <0. 01),细菌总数、大肠杆菌总数分别下降了46. 68%(P <0. 01)、59. 89%(P <0. 01);猪粪的pH值降低0. 54 (P <0. 05),猪尿的pH值降低0. 86 (P <0. 05);猪粪尿混合物中NH_3、H_2S的48 h释放量分别下降32. 76%(P <0. 05)、35. 69%(P <0. 05);试验组均增质量提高了10. 38%(P <0. 05),料重比降低9. 05%(P <0. 05),腹泻率降低了60. 06%(P <0. 01)。可见,Z-27菌剂具有净化猪舍内空气环境、提高育肥猪的生长性能、防治腹泻的作用。 In order to explore effects of preparation Z-27 on NH 3 and H 2S emission in piggery air and the growth performance of fattening pigs,400 healthy three-way cross fattening pigs(Duroc×Landrace×Large White),with the average weight of 50 kg,were selected and were randomly divided into the control group and the test group.Each group was distributed with one piggery.Each piggery with 20 columns,and 10 pigs in each column.The control group was fed with the basal diet.And the test group was fed with the basal diet added with 0.1%preparation Z-27.The experiment time was 15 days,concentrations of NH 3 and H 2S in piggery air were detected.Both of the total number of bacteria and the number of Escherichia coli in the piggery air were detected.The pH of pig manure and urine were determined.And the emission content of NH 3 and H 2S in excrements with in 48 h were detected.The diarrhea situation of each group was observed and the diarrhea rate was calculated.Body weight of fattening pigs in 3 columns(30 heads)from each group were respectively measured at the beginning and the end of the experiment with empty stomach for 12 h,and residual materials were measured at the end of the experiment to get the average gain and the feed weight ratio.The results showed that compared with the control group,the concentration of NH 3 and the concentration of H 2S in the piggery air of the test group,decreased by 63.27%(P<0.01)and 54.61%(P<0.01),respectively,and the total bacteria number and the E.coli number respectively decreased by 46.68%(P<0.01)and 59.89%(P<0.01),respectively.The pH of pig manure in the test group decreased 0.54(P<0.05).And the pH of pig urine in the test group decreased 0.86(P<0.05).The emission content of NH 3 and H 2S in fresh excrements within 48 h in the test group decreased by 32.76%(P<0.05)and 35.69%(P<0.05),respectively.Meanwhile,the average gain increased by 10.38%(P<0.05),and the feed weight ratio decreased by 9.05%(P<0.05).The diarrhea rate decreased by 60.06%(P<0.01).In conclusion,preparation Z-27 had the function of purifying the air environment inside the piggery,improving the growth performance and preventing the diarrhea of fattening pigs.
