摘要
应用型大学专业实验室是培养高素质创新型专业人才的重要基地。为了客观科学地评价专业实验室的创新绩效,进一步促进实验室建设与管理工作,在以往相关研究的基础上,构建了专业实验室创新绩效的评价指标体系,使用层次分析法确定指标权重,运用二元语义多属性决策方法进行综合评价,然后以某高校实验室为例验证了该指标体系和评价方法,结果表明该指标体系与评价方法是可行有效的。
The professional laboratories of the application-oriented universities are an important base for training the high-quality innovative professional talents.In order to objectively and scientifically evaluate the innovative performance of the professional laboratory and further promote the construction and management of such laboratory,the evaluation index system for the innovative performance of such laboratory is constructed on the basis of the previous related research.The analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of the index,and the two-tuple semantic multi-attribute decision-making method is adopted for the comprehensive evaluation.Then,by taking a university laboratory as an example,the index system and evaluation method are verified.The results show that the index system and evaluation method are feasible and effective.
