摘要
针对某速射炮的供弹需求,设计了新型的弹箱式供弹机构,介绍了弹箱式供弹的结构原理,计算了弹箱结构中传动系统的速比关系,理论计算并合理分配速比关系,可以实现弹箱供弹在交接单元处的顺利交接。建立了弹箱供弹结构中交接单元的虚拟样机,对交接单元进行了动力学与运动学仿真分析,仿真结果表明弹丸在交接过程中运动平稳,所受冲击力很小,实现了顺利交接。提出的新型弹箱供弹结构及传动系统速比关系计算方法,对小口径舰炮供补弹结构设计及仿真分析具有一定的参考价值。
Aiming at a rapid-fire gun ammunition supply requirements,a new type of supply ammunition institution for ammunition box was designed,with the principle of ammunition box for supply ammunition introduced to calculate the ammunition box structure speed ratio relation of drive system,theoretical calculation and equitable distribution speed ratio relationship,which can realize supply ammunition of ammunition box for a smooth transition in transfer unit.The virtual prototype of transition unit in ammunition box structure was established,with dynamics and kinematics simulation analysis carried out on the transfer unit.Data findings show that the projectile motion in the process of transition is smooth with the impact being very small,achieving a smooth transition.The new ammunition box supply structure and the calculation method of drive system speed ratio relation of the transmission system put forward in this paper have some referential value for the structure design and simulation analysis of the small caliber naval gun supply projectiles.
