摘要
为了提高某激光发射接收装置的可靠性和稳定性,设计了一种新型的控制系统。整个设计从系统兼容性的角度出发,采用PC/104总线工控机与控制电路相结合,实现对激光器、环境保护盖的控制;为了与数显模块匹配,将采集到的距离信息进行了双阶双极性不归零码的转换;设计了OCL互补功率放大电路,有效解决了信号的远距离传输问题。此外,该控制系统具有开盖自保护功能、激光激发自保护功能等。通过试验验证,该控制系统兼容性好,工作稳定、可靠。
A new mode of control system has been developed to improve the stability and reliability of the laser beaming and receiving device.The design is initiated from the perspective of system compatibility,with the laser control and environment protection covering control accomplished by PC/104 IPC and control circuitry,and the conversion of second-order bipolar phase shaped nonreturn-to-zero accomplished to match with DRO module;with OCL complementary power amplifier electric circuit designed to resolve long distance transmission problem.Besides,the function of self-protection has been accomplished,for example the function of open-casing,the function of laser excitation,and so on.The compatibility of control system has a better performance,with the operation being steady and reliable through the validation of experiments.
