摘要
目的总结分析全程质量追溯管理方法在消化内镜清洗消毒管理中的应用效果。方法该院2016年4月—2017年4月期间消化内镜清洗消毒采取常规管理方法,在2017年5月—2018年5月消化内镜清洗消毒采取全程质量追溯管理方法,对比两个不同时间段消化内镜清洗消毒合格率以及科室使用满意率指标。结果全程质量追溯管理方法在消化内镜清洗消毒合格率、科室使用满意率等方面较常规管理方法更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程质量追溯管理方法在消化内镜清洗消毒过程中具有重要的应用价值,能够有效提高消化内镜清洗消毒合格率,提高科室满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective To summarize and analyze the application effect of whole process quality traceability management method and value of digestive endoscopy cleaning and disinfection.Methods The routine management method was used in our hospital in the digestive endoscopy cleaning and disinfection from April 2016 to April 2017,and the whole process quality traceability management method was used from May 2017 to May 2018,and the qualified rate of digestive endoscopy cleaning and disinfection and satisfactory rate of department of different time periods were compared.Results The qualified rate of digestive endoscopy cleaning and disinfection and satisfactory rate of usage in the department of the whole process quality traceability management method were higher than those of the routine management method,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of whole process quality traceability management in the digestive endoscopy cleaning and disinfection is important,which can effectively improve the qualified rate of digestive endoscopy cleaning and disinfection and department satisfactory degree,and it is worth promotion and application.
