摘要
科技服务组织在解决科技和经济"两张皮"难题中扮演着重要角色,明晰科技服务组织的作用机制,有助于丰富相关理论与指导实践。通过对9个代表性案例分析,采用扎根理论构建了知识关联对科技服务组织作用的"SSII"模型,研究发现:(1)基于科技服务组织与创新链条各主体共生程度不同,科技服务组织可分为靠近知识源型、靠近市场型以及中间支持型三种类型,有助于对该类组织的分类管理提供理论参考;(2)识别了知识关联视角下影响科技服务组织发展的关键因素,包括科技知识关联(S)、服务知识关联(S)、产业知识关联(I)以及国际联接(I);(3)归纳出知识关联对科技服务组织作用机制,表现为各影响因素对不同类型科技服务组织产生作用,且作用强度存在差异。但在开放经济背景下,还需要重视"国际联接"的间接促进作用。
The service organization plays an important role in resolving the“two skins”problems of science,technology and economy,which implies that the function mechanism of the development of science and technology service organization can conduce to enrich the relevant theory and guide the practices in question.Based on the grounded theory and the analysis of nine typical cases,the“SSII”model of the knowledge relevance function to science and technology service organizations is constructed.Our findings are as follows.First,based on different levels of symbiosis between the main body of science and technology service organization and the innovation chain,the organization of science and technology service is divided into three types namely,close to the technical source,the market and the middle support.It provides a theoretical reference for the classification management of such organizations.Second,the influencing factors of the development of science and technology service organizations are identified,that is,the relevance of science and technology knowledge(S),service knowledge(S),industry knowledge(I)and international connection(I).Third,the function mechanism of the knowledge relevance to science and technology service organizations lies in the function of various influencing factors on these organizations and their different intensities.However,under the open background,it is necessary to attach importance to the indirect promotion of“international connection”for all of them.
