摘要
综述了奶山羊蛋白质需要量的衡量指标、表达方式及国内外的研究进展,提出了不同生理阶段奶山羊日粮中适宜蛋白质水平的建议,以期为奶山羊的科学饲养及奶山羊饲养标准的制定提供依据。
The domestic and foreign advances in measurement index,means of expression and research progress of protein requirement of dairy goat were summarized.The suggestion of suitable protein level in dairy goat diet at different physiological stages was put forward in order to provide the basis for the scientific raising and the formulation of raising standard for dairy goat.
