摘要
针对汽车露天停放被雨雪、尘土弄脏,被烈日暴晒导致车内高温和被其他车刮伤等问题,设计了一种新型的汽车防护装置,采用AutoCAD软件对该装置进行了结构设计和电路设计,并对太阳能电池板、电瓶、直流电动机和转换开关等主要电气元件进行了选型。相比于现有的汽车防护装置,该装置采用太阳能电池板供电,选用带抱闸的直流电机驱动齿轮机构运动,可手动和自动操作,具有防护效果好,节能环保,便于携带等优点,可在一定程度上解决露天停车存在的问题,实用价值较强。
Design a new type of automotive protection device for the problems of outdoor parking automotive,such as the rain and dust make it dirty,the sun makes it has high temperature,and it is easily scratched by other cars.Design the structure and the circuit of the device by AutoCAD software,and select the main electrical components such as solar panel,battery,DC motor and switch.Compared with the existing automobile protective device,this device uses the solar panel to supply power and uses a DC motor with a brake to drive the gear mechanism to move.This device can realize manual and automatic operation and has the advantages of good protective effect,energy saving,environmental protection,easy to carry and so on.It can also solve the hidden dangers of outdoor parking to a certain extent,and has strong practical value.
