摘要
【目的】明确韭菜迟眼蕈蚊(Bradysia odoriphaga)在不同温度下的生存特性及温度对其种群发展的影响.【方法】以韭菜鳞茎为食料,利用人工气候箱,在10、15、20、25、30℃5个恒温条件下饲养韭菜迟眼蕈蚊.【结果】随着温度的升高,韭菜迟眼蕈蚊发育历期逐渐缩短,10℃时卵-蛹的发育历期最长,达98.98d,30℃时卵-蛹的发育历期最短,为18.12d;韭菜迟眼蕈蚊雌、雄虫寿命也随着温度的升高逐渐缩短,且雌虫寿命长于雄虫;单雌产卵量在25℃时最高,为85.53粒,10℃时最低,仅有29.20粒;其中,卵孵化率、幼虫化蛹率及蛹羽化率均在25℃时最高;内禀增长率与周限增长率随着温度的升高逐渐增大,均在25℃时达到最大,分别为0.15和1.16,随后开始下降;卵、幼虫、蛹和卵-蛹的发育起点温度分别为4.70、5.40、9.24和4.76℃,有效积温分别为84.77、289.23、49.33和452.7℃.【结论】25℃为韭菜迟眼蕈蚊生长发育和种群增长的最适温度.
【Objective】In order to determine the influence of different temperature on the survival characteristics and population development of Bradysia odoriphaga.【Method】Choosing chives as food,The growth,development and fecundity of B.odoriphaga were studived at 10,15,20,25 and 30℃in light incubator.【Result】The developmental duration of B.odoriphaga were gradually shorter with the increase of temperature.The developmental duration from egg to pupa was the longest at 10℃,while at 30℃,the average developmental duration was the shortest 18.12 d.With the increase of temperature,the life span of female and males was shortened,and the longevity of female was longer than that of male.Fecundity up to the highest 85.53 at 25℃,while it reach to the lowest 29.20 at 10℃.The eggs hatching rate,larvae of the pupation rate and the emergence rate of pupa were all the highest at 25℃.As the temperature rises gradually,its intrinsic rate of increase and finite rate of increase also improved,reach the maximum at 25℃,0.15 and 1.16 respectively,and then begin to decline.According to the developmental stages of leeches,developmental threshold temperature of eggs,larva,pupa and eggs-pupa were 4.70,5.40,9.24 and 4.76℃respectively,the effective accumulated temperature were 84.77,289.23,49.33and 452.70℃respectively.【Conclusion】The optimal temperature for Bradysia odoriphaga growth and population development was 25℃.
