摘要 为研究海上多层稠油聚合物驱剖面返转机理及影响因素,通过构建基于Buckley-Leverett方程的非均质油藏聚合物驱吸液剖面数学模型,剖析了剖面返转产生的力学机理,并进一步分析了原油黏度、渗透率级差、聚合物浓度等因素对剖面返转特征的影响。结果表明:聚合物为高黏易吸附流体,不同渗透层吸聚能力的差异造成各层渗流阻力变化规律的不同,从而诱导产生剖面返转,返转点对应各层阻力变化率相等时刻。随着原油黏度增大,返转高峰值降低,返转时机提前,形态由倒U型转变为倒V型;随着渗透率级差升高、低渗层相对厚度或聚合物浓度降低,返转高峰值与返转幅度降低,返转时机提前,低渗层吸液量降低。 In order to study the mechanism and influencing factors of profile reversal in the polymer flooding of offshore multilayer heavy oil reservoir,the mechanics mechanism of profile reversal was analyzed by establishing the mathematical model of sucking profile in the polymer flooding of heterogeneous reservoirs based on Buckley-Leverett equation,and the influences of the crude oil viscosity,the permeability difference between low and high permeability layers and the polymer concentration on profile reversal feature were further analyzed.It is shown that,polymer solution is highly viscous and easily adsorbed fluid,the difference in the absorption ability of different permeable layers to the polymer solution results in the difference in the seepage resistance variation law of different permeable layers,which induces profile reversal.At the profile reversal point,the seepage resistance change rates of different permeable layers are the same.With the increase of crude oil viscosity,the peak value of imbibition profile decreases,the profile reversal time is advanced,and the morphology of imbibition profile changes from inverted U shape to inverted V shape.With the increase of the permeability difference of different permeable layers,the increase of the relative thickness of low permeable layer,or the decrease of polymer concentration,the reversal peak value and amplitude of imbibition profile decrease,the profile reversal time is advanced,and the imbibition amount of low permeable layer decreases.
