摘要
铝合金棘轮是高速铁路接触网系统中的关键部件,采用低压铸造成型工艺进行生产主要是保障棘轮的力学性能及疲劳性能。对ZL114A铝合金棘轮低压铸造过程中容易出现的铸造缺陷进行分析,提出控制措施,从而保障棘轮的铸造质量。
The aluminum aioy ratchet is a key part of high-speed railway catenary system.The low pressure casting process is mainly used to ensure mechanical performance and fatigue performance of ratchets.The casting defects which are easy to occur during the low pressure casting process of ZL114A aluminum alloy ratchet are mainly analyzed and the control measures are proposed so as to guarantee the quality of the ratchet.
