摘要
重发展、轻教育管理与服务是民办高校学生党建工作中较为普遍存在的现象。学生党员发展质量既是对学生党员发展过程制度化、规范化、科学化程度的集中体现,更是对学生党员教育管理与服务水平、学生党员先锋模范作用是否有效发挥的最直接反映。构建民办高校学生党员教育管理与服务体系,能够全面推进党的政治建设、思想建设、组织建设、作风建设、纪律建设,提升党支部组织力,突出政治功能。
Emphasizing development and ignoring education management and service is a common phenomenon in the P arty building of students in private colleges and university.The quality of the development of student Party members is not only a concentrated embodiment of the systematization,standardization and scientific degree of the development of student Party members,but also a direct reflection of the level of education,management and service of student Party members,and whether the vanguard and exemplary role of student Party members can be effectively brought into play.The construction of student Party members in private colleges education management and service system,to promote the Party's ideological construction,political construction,organization construction,style construction,discipline construction,enhance the Party branch organization,prominent political function.
