摘要
发展新能源产业是各国抢占工业4.0新经济时代战略制高点的风向标。针对当前我国新能源产业面临的关键性核心技术缺乏、遭遇并网难瓶颈、产业政策缺乏长远性和统筹性、人才结构不合理的挑战,本文提出应完善新能源产业制度体系,增强自主创新能力,创新电网管理模式,加强专业人才培养力度,提升新能源产业竞争力。
The development of new energy industry is an indicator for countries to seize the strategic commanding point of the new economic era of industry 4.0 in this century.Aiming at the current challenges faced by China’s new energy industry:the lack of core technologies,the difficulty of combining the power grid,the absence of long-term and overall industrial policies,and the unreasonable talent structure,this paper proposes to perfect the new energy industry system,enhance the capability of independent innovation,innovate the management mode of the power grid,strengthen the training of professional talents,and enhance the competitiveness of the new energy industry.
