摘要 近年建筑外保温装饰面层开裂、空鼓及大面积脱落现象频繁发生。为从根本上解决此类问题,本文提出了外墙内保温技术,依据现行的居住建筑节能保温技术规程、规范及相关文件要求,结合居住建筑特点,对外墙内保温材料的种类、性能要求、适用范围及应用优势进行了分析和研究。该技术已成功实践,不仅从根本上解决了外墙外保温脱落的安全隐患,亦进一步降低了居住建筑能耗,并为实现绿色建筑提供了建设性意见。 In recent years,the cracking air drum and large area falling off frequently occur in exterior thermal insulation decoration.In order to solve these issues fundamentally,the interior thermal insulation on exterior wall technology is come up with in this paper.In accordance with the existing technical procedures,specifications,and requirements of the relevant documents for energy conservation and insulation of residential buildings,in combination with features of residential buildings,after analysis and research of categories,performance requirements,scope of application and advantages of the exterior-wall internal insulation materials,it has reached the conclusion.This technology has been successfully implemented.When meeting requirements for fire protection design,this technology not only fundamentally solves the hidden safety hazards caused by shedding of exterior-wall external insulation materials and but also further lowers down energy consumption of residential buildings and improves energy conservation level of buildings,to provide reliable constructive recommendations for realizing green buildings.
