摘要
[目的/意义]研究结果有助于完善信息偶遇影响因素相关研究,同时可为用户提高信息偶遇效率以及商家优化产品性能、改进服务模式提供理论基础与思路。[方法 /过程]通过半结构化访谈获取移动互联网信息偶遇关键事件,利用Nvivo11对数据进行编码分析,经过对自由节点间关系的概念化与范畴化,最终形成信息偶遇影响因素相关的22个树节点及7个核心树节点;通过分析访谈问卷,利用熵权法确定各维度影响因素的权重,表征其重要程度。[结果 /结论]移动环境下,在整个过程中信息偶遇受到了来自个体因素、工具、时空情境、任务情境、信息、网络环境、社会环境7个维度因素的影响;在信息偶遇前阶段,工具因素的影响最为突出,而在信息偶遇中、后阶段,信息因素的影响最为突出。
[Purpose/Significance]This research improved the relative studies about information encountering influence factors.Moreover,the results provided the theoretical foundation and ideas for users to develop the efficiency of information encountering and for merchants to optimize product performance and improve service pattern.[Method/Process]This research firstly utilized semi-structured interview to obtain the key incidents about information encountering in Mobile Internet.Second,Nvivo11 software was introduced to make coding analysis.After the conceptualization and categorization for the relationship among free nodes,22 tree nodes and 7 core tree nodes related to information encountering influence factors were determined.Finally,by analyzing the questionnaires,the weight of each dimension of influence factors which were used to represent its degree of importance could be obtained using entropy weight method.[Results/Conclusions]In the mobile environment,information encountering in the whole process was influenced by 7-dimension factors including individual factor,tool,temporal-spatial circumstance,information,network environment and society environment.In the earlier stage of information encountering,the factor of tool had largest effect.And in the middle and late stages,the factor of information was most noticeable for information encountering.
