摘要
以一个典型上游自然河流下游人为改造为城市景观河的水体张家口市清水河为研究对象,2017年3月~12月监测了两个区域8个点位的水质变化情况,总结了叶绿素a(Chl-a)和环境因子的时空分布特征,并分析其相关性。结果表明,水温(WT)、溶解氧(DO)、氨氮(NH_4^+-N)、总磷(TP)和总氮(TN)空间变化较为明显;WT、DO、NH_4^+-N、TN季节变化较为明显,TP季节变化不明显;p H时空变化不显著。源头区域的Chl-a含量较低,市中心坝区Chl-a含量相对上游流域源头区域有很显著的增加;市中心区域Chl-a含量在时间尺度上总体呈现夏季最高、春秋季略低的规律;而源头区域Chl-a含量时间尺度变化特征不明显。源头区域Chl-a含量只与WT呈现极显著正相关关系;市中心坝区与Chl-a含量呈极显著性正相关关系的环境因子为DO、CODcr、TP,呈显著性正相关的为WT、pH,呈极显著性负相关的为TN,而与NH_4^+-N无显著相关。TN/TP的平均值为33.13∶1,而营养盐与Chl-a对数相关性中TN、TN/TP呈极显著负相关,与TP呈极显著正相关。说明源头区域Chl-a含量受水体温度影响较大,但浓度较低变幅不大;市中心坝区Chl-a含量主要限制因子为磷元素且浓度较高变幅较大。
Based on the Qingshui river of Zhangjiakou,a typical river which upstream was the natural river,and the downstream was artificially transformed into the urban landscape river water body.Two areas water quality change of eight points of the river were monitored from March 2017 to December to conclude the chlorophyll-a(Chl-a)and environmental factors of time and space distribution characteristics and analyze their correlation.The results showed that the spatial variation of WT,DO,NH 4+-N,TP and TN were more obvious;the WT,DO,NH 4+-N and TN had obvious seasonal variation characteristics,while the seasonal change of TP was not obvious;and the temporal and spatial variation of pH was not significant.The content of Chl-a in the source area was relatively low,while the content of Chl-a in the central dam area was significantly increased compared with the upstream source area;the content of Chl-a in the central dam area showed the regularity that the highest in summer and the second highest in autumn and spring,and the content of Chl-a in the source area did not change significantly with time.The content of Chl-a in the source area only showed a very significant positive correlation with WT;the content of Chl-a in the central dam area showed a very significant positive correlation with DO,COD cr and TP,a significant positive correlation with WT and pH,a very significant negative correlation with TN,and there was no significant correlation with NH 4+-N.The mean value of TN/TP was 33.13∶1,but in the logarithm relationship between nutrient salt and Chl-a,it showed a very significant negative correlation with TN and TN/TP,and a very significant positive correlation with TP.It indicated that the content of Chl-a in the source area was greatly influenced by the temperature of the water,but its concentration was relatively low and its amplitude of change was not large;the main limiting factor of the Chl-a in the central dam area was phosphorus,its concentration was relatively high,and the amplitude of change was greater.
