摘要
装配式建筑产业链拉长,涉及的环节和要素较多,建造过程复杂,出现质量问题难以及时进行管控,事后质量责任难以追溯。基于TQM的"PDCA循环"理念,结合BIM手段,考虑装配式建筑生命周期质量因素(4M1E),建立一套基于TQM理论和BIM的装配式建筑质量管理系统。然后介绍质量管理系统在装配式建筑的应用流程,为提升装配式建筑质量和提高质量管理效率提供参考。
The construction process of prefabricated construction is complex,which involves many links.In addition,it is difficult to control the quality problems in time and trace the quality responsibility afterwards.Based on the concept of"PDCA cycle"and TQM,and combined with BIM approach,this paper establishes the prefabricated construction quality management system based on TQM theory and BIM considering the life cycle quality factors.Then,indroduces the application process of quality management system in prefabricated buildings,provides reference for improving the quality of prefabricated buildings and the efficiency of quality management.
