摘要
基于数值方法,以一台单级离心压缩机为研究对象,对其圆截面外蜗壳的型线进行了改进研究。主要措施有:改进蜗壳横截面积沿圆周角的变化规律,以改善蜗壳入口流场的均匀性,降低蜗壳截面最大通流速度;减小蜗舌处蜗壳的横截面积,从而减少蜗壳内通流气体总量,减小蜗壳总流动损失。数值计算结果表明,改进后蜗壳自身气动性能得到明显提升,蜗壳入口流场得到改善,在设计流量下,蜗壳多变效率提高了8.04%,压缩机级多变效率提高了1.26%。
Based on numerical analysis method,research was carried out on the improvement of the profile of circular crosssection volute of a single-stage centrifugal compressor by using the compressor as the research object.The main measures are as follows:modify the variation rule of cross-section of the volute along the circumferential direction to improve the uniformity of the entrance flow field of the volute and reduce the maximum flow velocity of volute cross-section;reduce the cross-sectional area of the volute near the volute tongue to reduce the total flow gas volume in the volute so as to reduce the total flow loss of the volute.The numerical calculation results show that the aerodynamic performance of the volute itself after improvement was substantially improved and the flow field at the inlet of the volute was improved.At the design flow,the polytropic efficiency of the volute was increased by 8.04%,and the polytropic efficiency of the compressor stage was increased by 1.26%.
