摘要 MHD(Multistage humidification-dehumidification)低温蒸发技术,可以用太阳能、余热或废热为热源,低成本地处理高浓度污水,且蒸发温度低、节能效果显著。其中的填料蒸发器是一个重要部件,其特点是传热传质效率高、结构紧凑。本文基于非稳态三维气液流动,研究了填料蒸发器内的蒸发过程,包括液相颗粒质量变化、温度分布以及水蒸气浓度分布,揭示了填料蒸发器内废水原液蒸发及对干燥空气加湿的规律,为MHD低温蒸发系统填料蒸发器的结构性能优化以及蒸发系统整体性能计算提供了依据。 With the solar energy or waste heat as heat source,MHD(Multistage humidification-dehumidification)lowtemperature evaporation technology can be used to treat high concentration of sewage at low cost.Meanwhile,the water is evaporated and recycled at a low temperature with a remarkable effect on saving energy.The packing evaporator is an important component of MHD low-temperature evaporation system.It features high heat transfer efficiency and compact structure.In this paper,the process of evaporation in the column was investigated based on the flow of three-dimensional non-steady-state gasliquid,including the studies on the DPM mass change,temperature distribution and water vapor concentration distribution in the evaporation process of filler evaporator.The rules of the original sewage evaporation in the packing evaporator and humidification of dry air were revealed,which provides a basis for the optimization of the structure performance of the packing evaporator in the MHD low-temperature evaporation system as well as the overall performance calculation of the evaporator system.
