煤矸石混凝土可爆性影响因素的正交试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了解煤矸石混凝土结构抵抗炸药破碎的难易程度,以孔距、单孔药量、起爆段数和空孔数量为主要因素,设计4因素1个3水平和3个2水平的混合正交试验,研究各因素对炮眼利用率和炸药单耗的影响。结果表明:当孔距为40 mm,单孔药量为0.9 g,起爆段数为3段,空孔数量为1个时,炮眼利用率达到最大。当空孔数量为2个时,炸药单耗显著下降;单孔药量和起爆段数分别设定为0.9 g和3段时,炸药单耗达到最小;孔距对炸药单耗的影响不明显。空孔数量和单孔药量对炮眼利用率和炸药单耗的影响较显著,在进行煤矸石混凝土爆破参数设计时,首先应该确定空孔数量。 In order to understand the difficult degree of coal gangue concrete structure in resisting explosive broking,the orthogonal test was designed.The main factors are hole distance,single-hole charge,initiation segment,empty hole.The above four factors contain one level 3 and three level 2.The effects of various factors on the utilization rate and the explosive consumption were studied.The results showed that the utilization rate was maximum when the hole distance was 40 mm,the single-hole charge was 0.9 g,the initiation segment was 3,the empty hole was 1.When the empty hole was 2,the explosive consumption decreased significantly.The explosive consumption was minimum when the single-hole charge was 0.9 g and the initiation segment was 3.The effect of hole diatance on the explosive consumption was not obvious.The influence of the empty hole and singlehole charge on the utilization rate and the explosive consumption was remarkable.According to the empty hole,designs the parameters for blasting coal gangue concrete.
