摘要
在磷建筑石膏中掺加磨细的钢渣,考察磨细钢渣对磷建筑石膏的凝结时间、力学强度、耐水性能的影响,通过SEM分析其影响机理。结果表明:随着钢渣的掺入,磷建筑石膏的初凝和终凝时间明显延长;磷建筑石膏的绝干抗折、抗压强度呈现先增加后降低的趋势,在钢渣达到最佳掺量15%时,抗折强度接近空白组,抗压强度略高于空白组。通过SEM图片可看到加入钢渣后,石膏晶体之间有明显的絮状C-S-H凝胶存在,有效降低了磷建筑石膏的吸水率,提高了其软化系数。
Steel slag was added to the phosphorus construction gypsum,and the effect of ground slag on the setting time,mechanical strength,and water resistance of the phosphorus gypsum was examined.The impact mechanism was then analyzed by SEM.The test results showed that with the addition of steel slag,the initial setting and final setting time of phosphate gypsum were significantly prolonged,the dry-resistance and dry-compressive strength of phosphate building gypsum increase first and then decrease.When the steel slag reaches the optimum content of 15%,the bending strength was close to the blank group,and the compressive strength was slightly higher than that of the blank group.Through the SEM,it can be seen that there was a clear floc C-S-H gel existing between the gypsum crystals after added the steel slag.Effectively reduce the water absorption of phosphate gypsum and increased its softening coefficient.
