摘要
阐述阻燃剂类型、制备方法、性能和阻燃机理,并对阻燃尼龙发展趋势进行分析。通过对比不同阻燃剂对尼龙的物理性能、化学性能影响,得出不同阻燃剂优劣和适用范围。碱性、氮系阻燃剂通过联合其它阻燃剂,可弥补自身阻燃效果不理想和物理性差的问题,特别是在添加玻璃纤维的情况下,阻燃尼龙的拉伸性能大幅提升。并指出碱性、氮系阻燃剂是阻燃尼龙未来发展方向,卤、磷系阻燃剂需要新技术融合,才能扩大自身的适用范围。构建新型阻燃体系,诸如复配协同阻燃体系等,兼顾阻燃功能,并赋予其抗冲击、抗静电、拉伸性能高等其它功能,将是阻燃尼龙未来发展的重点方向。
The types,preparation methods,properties and mechanisms of flame retardants were summarized and the development trend of flame retardant nylon was analyzed.By comparing the physical and chemical effects of different flame retardants on nylon,the advantages and disadvantages of different flame retardants were obtained.By combining other flame retardants,the alkaline and nitrogen flame retardants making up for the problems that is poor flame retardants and having physical properties,especially in the case of adding glass fiber,the tensile and extensibility of the flame retardant nylon was greatly improved.It was pointed out that alkaline and nitrogen flame retardants are the future development direction of flame retardant nylon.Halogen and phosphorus systems need new technology to be integrated in order to expand their scope of application.Constructing new flame retardant systems,such as composite synergistic flame retardant system and so on,which is taken into account the flame retardant function and endowing it with impact resistance,antistatic,tensile properties and other functions will be the future development direction of flame retardant nylon.
