摘要
以履带起重机液压起升系统为研究对象,针对起升过程中出现的压力抖动问题对起重机的动态特性进行分析,并提出了减小抖动问题的解决办法。首先基于AMESim软件建立履带起重机起升系统HCD模型,并进行仿真分析;同时通过改变平衡阀阻尼孔直径、马达切断阀压力设定值和液压容腔容积等方法进行实验研究,分析结果表明起升系统的液压抖动现象与变量马达压力切断阀的流量释放、平衡阀动态特性以及容腔容积等因素有关。仿真分析比较真实的反映了实际工作情况,优化方案和改进措施合理、有效,基本消除了该起重机的压力抖动现象。
Taking the crawler crane hydraulic lifting system as the research object,the dynamic characteristics of the crane are analyzed according to the pressure jitter problem during the lifting process,and the solution to reduce the jitter problem is put forward.Firstly,the model of lift system HCD of the crawler crane model is estab lished by using AMESim software;By changing the damping hole diameter,motor balance valve shut-off valve pressure setting and hydraulic chamber volume,it is found that the hydraulic vibration phenomenon of the hoisting system has relationship with hydraulic impact of pressure shut-off valve of variable motor,dynamic characteristics of balance valve,and the volume of pipes.The simulation analysis reflects the actual work situation,the optimization scheme and the improvement measures are reasonable and effective,and the pressure shaking phenomenon of the crane could be basically eliminated.
