摘要
目前天然气管道的减阻主要有内涂层技术和减阻剂减阻技术。与较为成熟的内涂层技术相比,天然气减阻剂减阻技术在施工及适用性等方面更有优势,近年来取得了一定的研究进展。依据国内天然气减阻剂近年来的开发及应用状况,对减阻剂种类、室内评价方法及现场应用情况进行了总结,在此基础上对研究中存在的一些不足进行了讨论。针对目前长输管道采用的内涂层技术减阻,管道粗糙度降低空间已经非常有限的现状,从减阻剂机理、减阻剂合成及应用方面对未来的研究内容进行了展望。
At present,drag reduction of natural gas pipelines mainly includes inner coating technology and drag reduction agent(DRA)technology.Compared with the more mature internal coating technology,natural gas DRA technology has advantages in terms of construction and applicability,and has made some progress in recent years.According to domestic development and application of DRAs in recent years,DRA types,indoor evaluation methods and field application conditions are summarized,and then some deficiencies in the research are also discussed.For long distance pipelines,the inner coating technology has been used to reduce drag,and the space for pipeline roughness reduction has been very limited.Therefore,the future research contents are expected from aspects of DRA mechanism,synthesis and application.
