花生秸秆与青贮玉米搭配对湖羊瘤胃发酵特性的影响 被引量:11

摘要 采用ANKOM RFS体外模拟瘤胃发酵体系,按花生秸秆与青贮玉米添加比例(以干物质为基础)分组:试验Ⅰ组(100.0)、试验Ⅱ组(75.25)、试验Ⅲ组(50.50)、试验Ⅳ组(25.75)、试验Ⅴ组(0.100);以标准羊草(试验Ⅵ组)作为对照,每个时间点每组设5个重复。分别于3、6、9、12、24、36和48 h测定各试验组瘤胃产气量和甲烷气体产气量;测定各试验组24、48 h瘤胃pH、氨态氮(NH_3-N)和微生物菌体蛋白(MCP)产量。结果表明,随着花生秸秆添加比例变化(0~100%),瘤胃产气量和甲烷气体浓度、VFA以及NH_3-N浓度、MCP产量均呈下降趋势;各处理组瘤胃发酵指标,体外培养48 h较24 h均显著增加。花生秸秆添加比例为25%~50%,与青贮玉米搭配可促进瘤胃微生物活性,利于湖羊生产性能发挥。研究系统评价花生秸秆和青贮玉米搭配对瘤胃发酵特性的影响,旨在为花生秸秆在肉羊生产中科学利用提供依据。 Relying on the ANKOM RFS system,the proportion of peanut straw in corn silage(dry matter basis)was adjusted to 0(groupⅠ),25%(groupⅡ),50%(groupⅢ),75%(groupⅣ),and 100%(groupⅤ),the control was standard Leymus Chinensis(group VI),respectively,with five replicates each treatment.Gas production and CH4 concentration were determined by inoculated 3,6,9,12,24,36 and 48 h in vitro.And pH,NH3-N,and MCP were determined by inoculated 24 h and 48 h in vitro.Results showed that Gas production,CH4 concentration,VFA,and NH3-N,MCP were declined with the ratio of peanut straw,from zero to one hundred percent.Fermentation characteristics of rumen in 48 h were higher than those of rumen in 24 h.In summary,It was beneficial to promote rumen microbial activity and performances of Hu sheep with the ratio of peanut straw from twenty percent to half percent with silage corn.The aim of study was to evaluate the rumen fermentation characteristics of Hu sheep with the ratio of peanut straw and silage corn.
