摘要
通过共沉淀法制备出氧化铈基Gd_xCe_(1-x)O_(1-x/2)(GDC)粉末,分别在GDC样品中添加质量百分数为0.25%、0.5%、1.0%和2.0%的氧化铁作为烧结助剂。研究了烧结助剂对掺杂氧化钆的氧化铈固体电解质GDC的烧结温度和电性能的影响。研究表明,随着添加含量的增加,烧结性能显著改善。此外,对Ag/电解质/Ag进行交流阻抗测试,进而研究得到其电导率随测试温度升高而呈近似线性变化趋势,且随烧结温度升高,其电导率增大,添加不同浓度氧化铁后样品电导率均有不同程度的增大。
The effect of sintering agent on the sintering temperature and electrical properties of the GdxCe1-xO1-x/2(GDC)solid electrolyte was studied in this paper.The GDC powder was prepared by chemical coprecipitation method,and 0.25%,0.5%,1.0%and 2.0%mass percent of iron oxide were added to the cerium oxide electrolyte as the sintering agent.The shrinkage and density tests of the electrolyte after sintering were carried out.Results showed that the sintering performance was improved significantly with the increase of the content of additives.Furthermore,AC impedance test was carried out on the Ag/electrolyte/Ag,and the conductivity showed the linear programming.The higher sintering temperature,the more increasing conductivity was shown.The conductivity of GDC was increased by adding different concentration of Fe2O3.
