摘要
通过分析海外BOT水电项目风险科研成果并结合实际工程项目,系统地识别海外BOT模式下水电项目潜在风险源,对国内多位行业内专家开展风险调查,依据调查成果进行风险定性与定量分析,采用风险概率矩阵法评价各风险因素影响等级,提出主要风险应对措施,旨在为投资海外水电工程的中国企业提供有益的参考。
Through the analysis of domestic and foreign risk research achievements of overseas hydropower BOT projects combined with actual engineering projects,this paper systematically identify potential sources of risks for overseas hydropower BOT projects,conducts risk investigations for a number of domestic hydropower experts,and carries out qualitative and quantitative analysis of risk based on survey results.Risk-probability matrix method is used to evaluate the impact level of each risk factor and the major risk countermeasures are addressed,providing a useful reference for Chinese companies investing in overseas hydropower projects.
