生根剂和插穗处理对色木槭嫩枝扦插生根的影响 被引量:19

摘要 以2年生色木槭幼苗当年嫩枝插穗为试验材料,研究了不同种类生根剂、叶片保留、顶芽处理和扦插深度对色木槭嫩枝扦插生根的影响。结果表明:选择NAA和IBA混合剂能使生根率达到52.50%,同时其新生根数量和长度均达到最高水平,分别为5.23条和31.47 cm。保留较大的叶面积的插穗生根率为81.67%~87.50%,而保留2个半片叶能使新生根生物量和长度分别达到140.68 mg和54.05 cm,均显著高于保留一片叶插穗。色木槭嫩枝插穗保留顶芽无法存活。不同的扦插深度没有对生根率产生影响,但浅插处理的插穗新生根生物量达到45.30 mg,显著高于深插处理的插穗。综上所述,在进行色木槭嫩枝扦插时,应选择NAA和IBA混合剂速蘸、插穗保留2个半片叶并去除顶芽,使用2 cm深度进行扦插,能产生最好的生根效果。 Annual shoot cuttings from 2-a Acer mono Maxim.seedlings were chosen to study the effects of different rooting agents treatment,leaf reserve,top bud treatment and cutting depth treatment on rooting of cuttings.The results showed that the rooting rate reached 52.50%,and the number and length of newly formed root reached the optimum of 5.23 roots and 31.47 cm,respectively,with NAA+IBA as rooting agent.Cuttings with larger area of leaf reserved showed the highest rooting rate at 81.67%-87.50%,but cuttings with two half-leaf reserved could have a higher biomass and length of newly formed root,which are 140.68 mg and 54.05 cm,respectively,compared to cuttings with one leaf reserved.Mono maple shoot cuttings cannot survive with top bud remained.Cutting inserting depth into medium has no effects on rooting rate,but cuttings cut with 2 cm inserting depth have a higher biomass of newly formed root of 45.30 mg than that with 6 cm depth.In conclusion,in order to get the best rooting effect,shoot cuttings of A.mono should be treated with NAA+IBA as rooting agent,two half-leave should be reserved with removing top bud,and then inserted into medium in 2 cm depth.
