兼顾电价机制与物流配送需求的电动汽车充电策略 被引量:5

摘要 在提高电动汽车参与物流配送的效率,同时减小大规模无序充电对配电系统安全运行的影响。基于交通路网历史交通数据,在满足路径选择、时间、电池容量、载货量约束下,以电动汽车路径行驶时间成本、电池损耗成本以及快速充电成本之和最优为目标,构建电动汽车物流配送路径优化与充电策略模型。以某市区域内33节点配送系统50 km×50 km区域为例,分别在实时电价、分时电价和固定电价机制下进行数值仿真。算例结果表明,实时电价可有效减少物流配送成本,同时缓解大量电动汽车充电对配电系统造成的不良影响。 This paper is focused on improving the efficiency of electric vehicles to participate in the logistics distribution,while avoiding the impact of large-scale disorderly charging on the safe operation of distribution networks.Firstly,the routing optimization model of the logistics distribution and the charging strategy of electric vehicle are built based on the historical data of traffic network.Then,under a variety of technical constraints such as path selections,time,battery capacities,an objective function is selected to minimize the sum of driving and waiting costs,battery loss costs,and fast charge costs.Finally,a case is studied for a 33-node logistics distribution system within a 50 km×50 km zone of city center.The numerical simulation is carried out in the case of the real-time price,the time-sharing price and the fixed-price.It is shown that the real time pricing can not only effectively reduce the cost of logistics distribution,but also alleviate the adverse effects caused by a large number of electric vehicles charging on distribution systems.
