降低永久阴极铜电解阳极泥含铜实践

Practice of reducting copper content in anode slime from permanent cathode copper electrolysis

摘要 对比分析永久阴极和传统电解阳极泥过滤工艺的差异发现,因传统电解地坑中阳极泥经过充分的搅拌反应,其内所含硫酸铜大部返溶,所以阳极泥含铜偏低。通过对永久阴极电解法阳极泥进行水洗试验,控制液固比7:1~15:1,温度40~75℃和时间0. 5~1.5 h,使阳极泥中CuSO_4浸出率达到65%~93%,阳极泥铜含量可降至14%~19%范围。综合考虑,选择在过滤机进行反洗,阳极泥含铜下降至18. 8%。 The difference of anode slime filtering process between permanent cathode electrolysis and traditional electrolysis is compared and analyzed,it is found that in traditional electrolysis,as anode slime is fully agitated and most of the contained copper sulfate is dissolved,copper content in anode slime is relatively low.Through the water washing test of anode slime from permanent cathode copper electrolysis with the liquid-solid ratio controlled at 7∶1~15∶1,temperature at 40~75℃and time of 0.5~1.5 h,the leaching rate of CuSO 4 in anode slime can reach 65%~93%and copper content in anode slime can be reduced to 14%~19%.With the comprehensive consideration,filter will be adopted for backwashing and the copper content in anode slime will be decreased to 18.8%.
