摘要
针对高炉铜冷却壁热面渣皮稳定性下降、脱落的现象,对河南济源钢铁(集团)有限公司高炉渣的软熔性和流动性进行了试验研究。结果表明:ω_(FeO)为15%、碱度为1时,随着ω_(K_2O)的增加,高炉渣的软熔温度不断下降,炉渣稳定性变差;ω_(CaF_2)的增加对渣皮的稳定性影响不显著。
As for the fact that the slag skull of hotface on copper stave of blast furnace(BF)is unstable and falls off frequently,the test study on the softening melting properties and liquidity of BF primary slag and medium-term slag was carried out.The results showed that the stability of BF slag became worse and the softening melting temperature continues to drop with the increase ofω(K2O)while the basicity was 1 andω(FeO)was 15%;but the content of calcium fluoride increasing could not strongly affect the softening melting properties of BF slag.
