摘要
回收氰化尾渣及难处理的金矿焙砂中的Au、Ag、Cu等有价金属,最高效经济、清洁无毒的处理工艺是氯化提金,本文采用直流电炉设备应用于高温熔融氯化提金工艺,氰化尾渣及难处理的金矿焙砂中的Au、Ag、Cu等有价金属得到了有效回收,该直流电炉设备可根据渣型在1 000~1 500℃范围内调节最适合工艺的温度。
Recovery of the Au,Ag,Cu and other valuable metals of cyanidation tailings and refractory gold calcine,the most efficient economy,non-toxic cleaning process is chlorination of gold,this paper adopts DC electric equipment used in high temperature molten chlorination of gold process,the Au,Ag,Cu and other valuable metals of cyanide gold mine tailings and difficult to treat calcine got effectively recycled,such as the dc electric equipment can be according to the type of slag in 1 000~1 500℃range adjust the temperature of the most suitable technology.
