摘要
为优化中央高校科研仪器设备管理,应对其实现产品生命周期管理,开展科研仪器设备生命周期管理的政策研究,这是高校开展相应管理工作的基础。该文探讨了科研仪器设备购置预算和申购可行性论证、科研仪器设备采购和验收、科研仪器设备的使用管理、科研仪器设备的处置等有关热点话题,以期加强这方面的探讨与交流。
In order to optimize the management of scientific research instruments and equipment in central colleges and universities,the policy research on the life cycle management of scientific research instruments and equipment is carried out,which is the basis of corresponding management work in colleges and universities.This paper discusses some hot topics such as the budget and feasibility demonstration for purchasing scientific research instruments and equipment,the purchasing and acceptance of such instruments and equipment,the utilization and management of such instruments and equipment,the disposal of such instruments and equipment,etc.,with a view to promoting the discussion and exchange in this aspect.
