摘要
针对沿海地区港口工程软弱地基上护岸的稳定问题,以珠海某码头工程为例,对CFG桩在港口工程护岸加固中的应用进行研究。通过理论分析证明CFG桩在护岸加固中的适用性并提出加固方案;通过SLIDE软件计算得知CFG桩处理后复合地基满足护岸整体稳定要求。施工过程中需考虑CFG桩的挤土作用并采取隔行跳打等工程措施以减少对现有护岸的影响。施工后桩身强度验证及小应变动力试验表明,CFG桩成桩符合设计要求。结果表明,在采取一定的工程措施后,CFG桩具有良好的护岸加固效果,具有较大的经济优势,可广泛应用于高桩码头护岸结构的加固。
To deal with the stability problem of revetment on the soft foundation of port engineering in coastal areas,we study the application of CFG pile in revetment reinforcement of port engineering by taking a wharf engineering in Zhuhai as an example.By theoretical analysis,we prove the applicability of CFG piles in revetment reinforcement.By the SLIDE software calculation,we know that the composite foundation treated by CFG piles satisfies the requirement on the overall stability of the revetment.In order to reduce the impact of existing revetment such as the compaction of CFG pile,some engineering measures should be taken into account in the process of construction,such as driving interlace.The post-construction pile strength verification and small-strain dynamic test reveal that CFG piles met the design requirements.In conclusion,the CFG pile treated by some engineering measures can be applied for the revetment reinforcement with a satisfactory effect and good economic benefit,thus it can be widely used for the reinforcement of high-pile wharf.
