摘要
测量气液两相流量需要实时获取大量的数据和快速求解复杂的计算模型,单独采用LabVIEW或者MATLAB对其测量软件进行开发效率较低。为了高效地开发功能强大的虚拟仪器软件,应用动态链接库技术实现了LabVIEW与MATLAB的混合编程,在此基础上开发了用于气液两相流组合测量装置的软件,解决了气液两相流参数测量系统需要进行大量数据实时采集、处理、显示、保存以及复杂多相流模型求解等问题。该软件开发方法适用于对人机交互界面、数据采集、仪器控制和数值计算同时具有较高要求的场合,可广泛应用于实验室和实际生产系统。
The flowrate measurement of gas-liquid two-phase flows requires a real-time acquisition of large amounts of data and quick solution of complex computation models.It is inefficient to develop measurement software through LabVIEW or MATLAB alone.In order to develop powerful virtual instrument software efficiently,the dynamic link library technology was adopted to realize LabVIEW and MATLAB mixed programming.Then measurement software was developed for the gas-liquid two-phase flow measurement apparatus based on a combination measurement principle.A series of problems such as real-time acquisition,processing,displaying,storage of large amounts of data and solving complex multiphase flow models were resolved in the software.The proposed software development approach is applicable to the occasions where the human-machine interface,data acquisition,instrument control and numerical calculation are required simultaneously,and can be widely used in laboratory and real production systems.
