摘要
水电模拟渗流实验基于完善的稳定渗流理论和水电相似原理,将复杂的理论问题通过实验直观的表现出来,在渗流力学和渗流物理实验教学中占有重要的地位。基于目前渗流物理实验课程中水电模拟渗流实验的教学现状和问题,将传统的实验流程和方法加以改进,革新了模拟流场的实验介质,解决了实验仪器锈蚀氧化的问题,增加了模拟流场的稳定性,改进了实验测试流程、测试电路、探针和模拟井等,提高了测试的精确性和实验可操作性;引入自主设计性模块,模拟不同井型的渗流问题,增强学生主动学习的意识和创新思考能力;依托石油工程实验教学中心开放实验室管理平台,引入翻转课堂教学法,帮助学生将理论知识应用于实践探索,加深了学生对复杂理论的认知,锻炼了学生的创造性思维。
Based on the sound theory of steady flow in porous media and the water-electricity similitude principle,hydroelectric simulation experiment can demonstrate the complex theoretical problems by intuitionistic experiments,hence,it plays an important role in the teaching of fluid flow mechanics in porous media and experiments of filtration mechanics and petrophysics.In terms of the current teaching situation and the existing problems in hydroelectric simulation experiment of filtration mechanics and petrophysics experiments,the traditional experimental flowchart and operating methods are reformed.The experimental medium of the seepage field simulation is reformed to improve the stability of the simulation field while avoiding the rusting problem of the equipment.The testing process,circuit,probes and simulation wells are improved to enhance the accuracy and operability of the experiment.The self-designed module is introduced to simulate filtration problems of different well types,these enhance the students’initiative and innovative thinking ability.Depending on the open experimental management platform of Petroleum Engineering Experimental Teaching Center,flipped classroom teaching method is introduced to help students apply theoretical knowledge to practice exploration,which deepens the students’understanding of complex theory and builds up the students’creative thinking ability.
