摘要 底栖动物监测和评价现已在江苏省太湖流域中作为区域水生态管理的重要组成。实验室底栖动物标本库对底栖动物的监测和研究不可或缺。从标本获取、制作、标识、管理、控制等多个环节系统地介绍了底栖动物标本库建设需要的各个步骤和质量控制手段,完整覆盖了实验室管理中对人员、器材、物料、环节、方法的规定,为获得真实、详细、准确、易用的底栖动物数据做出探索,相关实验室可直接将本文内容用作底栖动物标本库建设与管理的规范参考文件。对底栖动物资源库的丰富和规范进行研究,规定了底栖动物标本保藏和流转的管理制度,使得不同实验室间可以较顺畅地分享底栖动物研究成果,为保护底栖动物多样性和自然生态文明做出贡献。 The monitoring and evaluation of zoobenthos has now become an important component of regional water ecological management in the Taihu basin in Jiangsu Province.The monitoring and research of zoobenthos are essential for the specimens library of zoobenthos in the laboratory.This article systematically introduces the various steps and quality control measures required for the construction of specimens library of zoobenthos from the aspects of specimen acquisition,production,identification,management and control,which completely cover the regulations of personnel,equipment,materials,links and methods in laboratory management,and explores the way to obtain true,detailed,accurate,and easy-to-use data of zoobenthos.This article also studies the abundance and regulation of zoobenthos resource libraries,and stipulates the regulations for the preservation and circulation of zoobenthos specimens.This will allow other laboratories to share the research results of zoobenthos in a more smooth way,contribute to protect the diversity of zoobenthos and natural ecological civilization.
