摘要
为研究不同基质对Cd和Zn超积累植物伴矿景天(Sedum plumbizincicola)扦插苗生长的影响,探索伴矿景天工厂化育苗方法,选取水稻土、河沙、珍珠岩以及蛭石作为原料,按不同体积比配置成7种不同基质,进行伴矿景天扦插苗穴盘种植试验,并采用隶属函数及主成分分析评价各基质的优劣.研究结果表明:伴矿景天扦插苗在基质T4(V(水稻土)∶V(珍珠岩)=1∶1)中生长表现最好,其干质量、株高、根系形态等生长指标以及根系活力、光合色素含量、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量、抗氧化酶活性等生理指标均高于其它基质;相反,基质T5(V(水稻土)∶V(蛭石)=1∶1)表现最差;基质的总隶属函数值及主成分综合得分显示:T4(V(水稻土)∶V(珍珠岩)=1∶1)与T7(V(珍珠岩)∶V(蛭石)=1∶1)及T2(河沙)明显优于其他处理,在一定程度上说明其最适宜作为伴矿景天的育苗基质;相关性分析表明:基质的通气孔隙度、气水比以及p H对伴矿景天的生长有着重要影响,本试验中,气水比为0.25~0.8时,基质的通气孔隙度与伴矿景天的生长关系密切.
Effects of different substrates on the growth of cadmium(Cd)/zinc(Zn)hyperaccumulator Sedum plumbizincicola cutting seedlings were studied,in this work,for exploring the industrialized seedling of S.plumbizincicola.Using the paddy soil,river sand,perlite and vermiculite as raw materials,we conducted the tests with seven kinds of the substrates with different proportions of components in the plug seedling experiments.The analysis methods of subordinate functions and principal components were used to evaluate the pros and cons of different substrates.Our results show that the best growth performance of S.plumbizincicola cutting seedlings was attained in the substrate of T4(paddy soil∶perlite=1∶1,by volume).Growth indices,including the plant dry weight,plant height,and root morphology,and physiological characteristics,such as root activity,photosynthetic pigments content,water soluble protein and water soluble sugar content,and antioxidant enzyme activity of the S.plumbizincicola cutting seedlings from T4 exceeded all others.The worst growth performance of S.plumbizincicola cutting seedlings was observed in the substrate of T5(paddy soil∶vermiculite=1∶1,by volume).According to the total subordinate function values and principal component scores,the growth and physiological index of the S.plumbizincicola cutting seedlings growing on T2(river sand),T4(paddy soil∶perlite=1∶1,by volume)and T7(perlite∶vermiculite=1∶1,by volume)was significantly higher than others,indicating that T4,T7 and T2 were optimal as the seedling substrates of S.plumbizincicola.According to the correlation analysis,the aeration porosity,AP/WHP and pH of the substrates are significant in influencing the growth of S.plumbizincicola.In this study,we also observed that the aeration porosity of substrates is closely related to the growth of S.plumbizincicola in the AP/WHP range from 0.25 to 0.8.
