摘要
目的探讨强化综合管理在冠心病患者家属心肺复苏培训意愿的影响。方法选取2016年3月-2017年12月期间新疆医科大学第一附属医院冠心病科收治的冠心病患者的家属120例作为研究对象,所有患者家属均接受有效的强化综合管理,比较干预前、后患者家属参加及学习、实施心肺复苏的意愿变化及心肺复苏理论、技能考核成绩。结果干预后患者家属愿意参加心肺复苏培训、学习及愿意实施心肺复苏的意愿均明显高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。干预后患者家属的心肺复苏理论、技能考核成绩均高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论强化综合管理在加强冠心病患者家属心肺复苏培训意愿的应用效果明显,能有效地提高患者家属参加、学习及实施心肺复苏意愿,使患者家属正确认识心肺复苏重要性及意义,增强患者家属对心肺复苏理论、技能的掌握度,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of intensive comprehensive management on the willingness to train cardiopulmonary resuscitation in family members of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 120 family members of CHD patients from The First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from March 2016 to December 2017 were selected as subjects.All family members received effective and comprehensive management to compare the families of patients with participation and learning,implementation of the willingness to change the cardiopulmonary resuscitation and cardiopulmonary resuscitation theory,skills assessment results before and after intervention.Results After the intervention,the family members′willingness to participate in cardiopulmonary resuscitation training,learning and willingness to implement cardiopulmonary resuscitation were significantly higher than before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the cardiopulmonary resuscitation theory and skill assessment scores of the patients′families were higher than those before the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive comprehensive management has a significant effect in strengthening the willingness to train cardiopulmonary resuscitation in patients with coronary heart disease.It can effectively improve the willingness of family members to participate in,learn and implement cardiopulmonary resuscitation,so that patients′families can correctly understand the importance and significance of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,and enhance the family′s cardiopulmonary.The theory of recovery and the mastery of skills are worthy of clinical promotion.
