摘要
运用文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑演绎法,对全域旅游、体育小镇的概念及逻辑关系进行论述。研究认为体育小镇的价值有:产业融合,促进供给侧结构性改革;体医结合,助力健康中国;扶贫富民,推进区域经济发展。体育小镇发展路径为:确立产业经济价值与社会公益属性的双重目标定位;构建政府引导、企业主体、大众参与的多元治理体系;打造品牌,推动标准化建设。
Using documentary material,interview and logic deduction,the paper discusses the concept and logic of the global tourism and sports towns.It is found the value of sports towns has resulted in the promotion of structural reforms in the supply side of the sports industry,the integration of physical medicine and the promotion of healthy China,and poverty alleviation and the promotion of regional economic growth.The pathway for the development of sports towns are to set up goals combining industrial economic value and social public welfare characteristics;construct multiple governance system of government guidance,business entities and public participation;and create brands and promote standardization.
