摘要
2016版《煤矿安全规程》第425条特别规定:"提升机安全制动必须有并联冗余的回油通道。"为保证山西焦煤汾西矿业集团孝义正善煤业在用的立井提升系统符合该规定,结合现场实际情况,通过整体更换TE161B型液压站全部阀组的方式,增加B组盘形制动闸的回油通道,从而提高提升机在安全制动下的可靠性。
Article 425 of the 2016 edition of"Coal Mine Safety Regulations"specifically stipulates:“There must have parallel redundant oil return channels in hoist safety braking."In order to ensure that the shaft hoisting system in use in Xiaoyi Company Zhengshan Coal Industry of Shanxi Coking Coal Fenxi Mining Group complies with this regulation,the oil return passage of Group B disc brake is added by replacing all valve groups of TE161B hydraulic station as a whole in combination with the actual situation on site,thus improving the reliability of hoist under safe braking.
