摘要
以粉煤灰为主要原料,以较低成本,利用恒温干结法制备粉煤灰基-聚苯颗粒多孔保温板。通过改变粉煤灰基-聚苯颗粒保温材料配比,研究了粉煤灰基-聚苯颗粒保温板的耐热性能和抗压性能,筛选出保温板的最优配比。85%粉煤灰+12%黄泥+3%聚苯颗粒(质量分数)组成的实验板承重能力较强,其耐热性能最佳。
Take fly ash with industrial waste as the main raw materi al,the porous thermal insulation board with fly ash-based and poly styrene particle was prepared at a lower cost under a constant tem perature to dry.The heat-resistance and compressive performance of fly ash-based and polystyrene heat-insulating panels were stud ied by changing the ratio of fly ash-based and polystyrene heat-in sulating materials.The optimal ratio of insulation board was cho sen.The porous composite insulation board with 85%mass fraction of fly ash and 12%mass fraction of yellow mud and 3%mass frac tion of polystyrene particle has better load-bearing capacity and best heat resistance.
