摘要
提出基于改进CUOWGA算子的高层建筑火灾安全评价模型。从外部环境、建筑本身、建筑消防构成、消防设施、消防管理5个方面构建评价指标体系。利用模糊区间数解决指标模糊不确定性问题,将模糊语义量化算子和规范化决策矩阵引入CUOWGA算子,得到改进后的ICUOWGA算子并对各指标进行加权集结处理,得到目标综合风险评价值和评价指标的重要性排序,极大地降低评价过程的主观性并简化计算过程。将该模型运用到绿地新会火灾安全评价中,认为该建筑火灾安全等级高,需加强对建筑消防构成的管控以及消防管理的监控。
High-rise building fire safety evaluation model based on improved CUOWGA was proposed.The evaluation index system is constructed from five aspects:the external environment,the building itself,the composition of building firefighting,firefighting facilities and fire management.The fuzzy interval number was used to solve the problem of the fuzzy uncertainty of the indicator.The fuzzy semantic quantization operator and the normalized decision matrix were introduced into the CUOWGA operator.The improved ICUOWGA operator was obtained and the weights were aggregated to obtain the target comprehensive risk assessment value and the importance ranking of evaluation indicators,which reduced the subjectivity of the evaluation process to a great extent and simplified the calculation process.The model was applied to the fire safety assessment of Xinhui Greenland.The fire safety rating of the building was considered to be high,and the daily fire management of the building as well as the fire control management should be strengthened.
