摘要
鄂尔多斯盆地榆林地区开发有榆林、长北气田及神木、府谷煤矿等大型矿产资源,在榆林、长北低渗气田的开发过程中需要大量的压裂用水,伴随着水资源的紧张及企业环保生产的严峻,若能将该地区煤矿开采过程中产生的大量的矿井水作为气田压裂用水,则推广前景广泛且意义重大。室内检测该处理水矿化度4 420 mg/L,但钙镁离子含量高达596 mg/L。研制的HSF-140弱酸性表面活性剂压裂液由液态稠化剂XYC-7及调节剂XYTJ-5构成,室内试验表明,该压裂液10 s增黏,在110℃下剪切60 min后黏度为22. 73 m Pa·s,抗剪切性能良好,90℃下遇储层岩心粉及煤油可彻底破胶,破胶液室温下黏度小于2 m Pa·s,该研究拓宽了煤矿处理水回用的途径,降低了压裂施工成本,且环保意义重大。
Large mineral resources are developed in Erdos basin,Shenmu,Fugu coal mines and Yulin,Changbei gas fields.Yulin and Changbei gas field are low permeability gas field,large amount of water is needed for fracturing.With water resource shortage and the grim situation of environmental protection,if the mine water be used by gas field in the area,it will be significant.From the indoor tests the salinity of treated water is 4420mg/L,calcium and magnesium up to 596mg/L.The HSF-140 fracturing fluid are made up of thickener(XYC-7)and modifier(XYTJ-5).Laboratory test results show that the thickening time is 10s,viscosity becomes 22.73mPa·s when sheared at 110℃for 60min.The fracturing fluid,after gel-breaking at 90℃,has viscosity less than 2mPa·s.This study broadens the application range of coal mine treated water,reduces the fracturing cost,and is environmentally important.
