摘要
综采工作面过空巷是煤炭行业一大技术难题。通过对超高水材料反应机理、材料特性及力学性能等方面的分析,结合空巷充填的技术特点和指标要求,进行了超高水材料空巷充填技术研究。现场应用结果表明,超高水材料凝结时间短、泵送性能好、强度可调、工艺简单、用料量少,在应用过程中周期短、见效快、成本低,可以满足空巷充填的技术需要。
Fully mechanized working face crossing empty roadway remains a difficult in mining area.By analyzing reaction mechanism,material properties and mechanical properties of ultra-high water materials,filling technology of ultra-high water material was studied.The Field response showed that super high-water material with short setting time,good pumping performance,adjustable strength,simple process and less material use,short cycle,quick effect,low cost,met the needs of filling empty roadway.
